Mobile Bike Mechanics Vancouver (MBM Vancouver) services are offered on an appointment basis.
Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled, free of charge, 3 days or more before the date of appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled within 72 hours of the date and time of appointment with a fee, as listed below.
72 hours or more before time of appointment: 100% refund
48-71 hours before time of appointment: 80% refund
24-47 hours before time of appointment: 60% refund
24 hours before time of appointment: NO REFUNDS
No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the appointment date and time.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled, free of charge, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the appointment. Our fee structure for cancellations will apply for rescheduling appointments within 72 hours of the date and time of the appointment.
Appointments may not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with the level of service performed, you may apply for a refund. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
